behind the offer.

Introductory rent.

The eligible 20-foot rental is $149/month for the first 3 months, then $199/month. A three-month minimum is $447 in base rent before tax and other disclosed charges. Billing is monthly, not every 28 days. After the minimum term, continuation is month-to-month at $199, subject to the signed agreement.

Delivery and pickup.

One standard placement is included only for approved local addresses with suitable access. Other routes, special equipment, difficult access, extra moves, and failed delivery may need separately quoted charges. Pickup is priced by retrieval route and access and disclosed before commitment; it is not included in the monthly price or included-delivery offer.

Before a reservation.

Submitting a request does not reserve a unit, confirm availability, guarantee a delivery date, or authorize payment. We must confirm the container, access, agreement, payment, and hauler schedule before the delivery is booked.

Site responsibility.

Obtain permission from the property owner and check applicable placement, zoning, permit, and HOA requirements. Provide accurate access details, disclose site hazards, and keep the agreed route open. The driver must be able to complete the work safely.

Using the container.

Standard units are not climate controlled or intended for living occupancy. Do not store prohibited, hazardous, illegal, flammable, explosive, or perishable items, people, or animals. Avoid modifications and keep contents dry and appropriately protected. Insurance for your belongings must be confirmed separately.

Ending the rental.

Contact us to arrange collection under the notice and billing terms in your agreement. Empty and clean the unit, remove your lock when instructed, and maintain pickup access. Early collection does not automatically remove the minimum rental commitment.

Quote-specific details.

Your written quote must state the actual unit, rental start, pickup price, payment timing, applicable taxes, any deposit, access charges, and cancellation terms. The signed agreement addresses responsibility, damage, overdue payment, and dispute handling. Please review it before payment.
