This notice explains the quote website and the information needed to discuss a rental.
What we collect.
A quote request may include your name, phone or email, business name, ZIP code, preferred date, container size, intended use, and optional address, placement details, or photos. Uploaded photos are stored privately and re-encoded to remove embedded location metadata. We also retain a request reference, submission time, relevant campaign labels, and limited technical information for security and duplicate prevention.
Why we use it.
We use the details to answer your inquiry, review delivery access, prepare a quote, coordinate a requested rental, keep business records, and protect the website from abuse. Requesting a quote does not subscribe you to promotional marketing.
Service providers.
The website host stores quote requests securely for the business. If email notifications are enabled, our email provider processes the notification or receipt. Relevant delivery details may be shared with the hauler assigned to assess or complete your requested service. Payments and signed agreements are handled through separately selected providers. This website does not collect card numbers.
Cookies and analytics.
Essential settings support form operation and the private owner login. Optional analytics, if enabled, load only after you accept them. Quote contact details and street addresses are not included in analytics events. You can revisit . If optional analytics are not enabled, there is nothing to opt into.
Retention and access.
Unconverted inquiries are normally removed within 12 months unless a continuing business need or legal requirement applies. Rental, agreement, accounting, and transaction records may need longer retention. Contact us about correction, access, or deletion; we may need to verify the request and retain records that are legally required.
